Plan B Reopening Information
Please click on the link to fill out a survey to let us know if your child or children will be returning to school for face to face instruction in Plan B or if you will request for your child or children to remain in total remote learning.
If you request for your child to remain in total remote learning, the principal will approve or deny the request based on the student's attendance, participation and performance during the first semester of school. Once the request for total remote learning has been approved, parents will need to sign a Memorandum of Understanding for total remote learning.
A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding is linked in the survey.
If you are not able to fill out the survey, please call the school, and we will assist you in completing the survey.
Please have the survey completed by Tuesday, January 19th.
