Course Description

  • Visual Arts 2 is an intermediate course where students will learn technical skills in drawing using a variety of media - pencils/graphite, charcoal, oil pastels, and color pencils to illustrate realistic artwork. 

    Visual Art 2 students will explore painting techniques using Acrylics in addition to their skills with watercolors to create beautiful original artwork.

    This course will be both challenging and rewarding to prepare students for Honors Visual Arts 3 and  begin building skills useful in a career in art & illustration.

    A = 100-90, B = 89-80, C = 79-70, D = 69-60, F = 59-0

    To enroll in Honors Visual Arts 3 maintain a B or Better
