Effective January 24, 2022, the CCS Board of Education voted to provide Substitutes (i.e., classroom, custodians, clerical) a bonus incentive for the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year, beginning January 27, 2022, through June 9, 2022. All eligible substitutes will receive a bonus at the end of the 2021-2022 school year if hours of substitution reach one of the levels described below. Hours before January 27, 2022, will not be included.

Note: Child Nutrition Dept. has a separate bonus structure.

Hours Worked = Bonus Amount

200 to 349 Hours Worked = $500

350 to 499 Hours Worked = $750

500 or Above Hours Worked = $1,000
