CEUS

Educator's are required to earn renewal credits to renew their Professional Educator's License.  A unit of renewal credit (CEU) is equal to 10 clock hours of professional development. Eight units of renewal credit are required to renew a license. All renewal credit must be earned by the expiration date on the license. 

Caswell County School employees can access their CEU transcripts through Time Keeper.  Employees may also enter individual CEU requests into Time Keeper. See the links and directions below. 

Accessing CEU's through Time Keeper
1. Login to Time Keeper. 
2. Click CEU's on the task bar under Employee Profile. 

Entering Individual CEU's in Time Keeper 
Caswell County School employees are required to submit individual CEU's for approval when they are not district hosted Professional Development offerings. Click on the following link for a step by step guide on how to enter CEUs in Time Keeper.

Caswell County Schools Sponsored Group Professional Learning 
This form should be used for any CEU-eligible Professional Learning completed within the Caswell County Schools System and submitted to Human Resources.
