Hello! My name is Tara Hamlett and I have served in education since 2007 in the Guilford County School district. While I am a 2005 graduate of NCA&T, I was born and raised in Caswell County. I attended Oakwood Elementary as a young scholar myself and I am excited to build onto the good work that Oakwood has established. I believe in promoting a lifelong love for learning inside and outside the classroom. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, crafting, gardening, or relaxing in the pool.I enjoy teaching and watching children learn and grow.
