Caswell County Schools Employee Recognition Program

The Caswell County School District is vibrant with talented and dedicated employees. EVERY faculty and staff member has an important role and responsibility in the safety and success of our students. For that reason, we want to recognize the outstanding service of all individuals.

The goal of the Employee Recognition Program is to identify and recognize an employee or employees who demonstrate excellence in his/her job, support the vision and mission of the school system, exhibits teamwork, makes valuable contributions and service to the school district, and the community of Caswell County.

Faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members can nominate employees (all employees are eligible for nomination). Nominations should be made via a Google Form (below) and will be reviewed monthly by a committee. The committee will comprise of school district stakeholders at the school and district level.

Nominees selected by the committee will receive recognition at the Caswell County Schools Board of Education meeting. Also, formal recognition of their qualities and contributions will be posted on the Caswell County Schools webpage as well as in the local newspaper.

1. The nominee must be a current Caswell County Schools employee.
2. The "Nomination Form" is fully completed and submitted online.
3. Anyone may nominate an employee.
4. The nomination must be completed by someone other than the nominee (i.e., no self-nominations are eligible for consideration).
